Marked sends as a Registered Email with full proof-of-delivery. Unmarked sends without the registered marking.

Encrypt

Transmission encrypts in transit and auto-decrypts for the recipient. Requires Registered above.

e-Sign

Request the recipient's electronic signature on attached documents. Requires Registered above.

Send for Signature None

When enabled, any reply the recipient sends back is also tracked and proved.

OPTIONS EXPLAINED:

Marked email has a banner on the top of the email and thus the recipient is aware that the email is being tracked.

Unmarked will appear to the recipient as any other email that is not registered.

Encrypt: When an email is encrypted, it ensures privacy of sensitive information. Emails are automatically decrypted if possible, otherwise a password is sent for decryption. An email must be marked in order to use this option.

e-Sign: When an email is marked, you can request that the recipient signs acknowledgement of the email or attachment. If the recipient signs, you will receive a signed copy back by email.

Register reply: Sends you proof of any replies to the email by the recipient, so you cannot be accused of falsifying replies. These proofs are charged at the same rate as the initial registered email.
