Our Fastmail or Registered Mail Service is often used when the last known address cannot be physically located or there is no driver to hand-deliver.
NOTE: This service will NOT provide you with Proof of Delivery. You will receive a copy of the Legal Notice for your records and Proof of Sending. You will also receive the Tracking number for Registered Mails.
INSTRUCTIONS:
To send a legal notice, you must fill in the recipients details first. The recipient is the person you are sending the document to.
You can upload your legal notice on your letterhead in pdf format. Remember to include the recipients name and address if you upload.
Alternatively, you can type or paste the wording into the Legal Notice Message field.
Your Reference can be anything unique that you want to use to track the delivery.
Notify Email is the email address that will receive the proof of delivery.
Order Number is an optional field if your company works with order numbers.
