A Legal notice is a formal communication to a person or entity informing them that you intend to undertake legal proceedings against them. It is a step taken before filing a suit, and/or to warn the other party that legal action may be taken against them, if they fail to comply with some specified condition. It is a legal concept describing a requirement that a party be aware of legal process affecting their rights, obligations or duties. An example can be when an employer has to follow procedure to deal with unauthorized absenteeism or desertion of an employee.

- The details of the person who you are sending the legal notice to.
- The details of the legal notice. You can either write a notice or upload a notice already drafted in pdf format.
- The senders details to appear on the invoice.
